The Shellharbour City Festival of Sport is a two day event that has something to offer everyone- whether you are a beginner in sport or a regular – everyone is welcome, it’s a family event!

Dragon Boat Challenge

Saturday 1 March 2025 – Get a team of 20 paddlers for a day out on the water in the Dragon Boat Challenge.

Fun Fit Frolic

Sunday 2 March 2025 – A free fun day by the water’s edge to come and discover and experience new sporting activities at Reddall Reserve, Lake Illawarra. 

Fun Fit Frolic DUCK DERBY

Sunday 2 March 2025 – From 11.30am for 12pm start. Join the derby at Reddall Reserve, Lake Illawarra by purchasing a duck on the day for the chance to win a cash prize! 

Fun Fit Frolic RIDE n FIND

Sunday 2 March 2025 – From 9am. A family fun bike ride.  Help Bloon and Smegoo complete the challenges, ride and scan to unlock the clues. Download the Overly app (its free!) to be ready to play on the day.  No Overly app? No worries…….everyone can play!

Roller Hawks Come N Try

Sunday 2 March 2025 – From 1pm – 3pm. Join the Just Better Care Roller Hawks for a free day of fun and hoops and try a ‘wheel’ game of basketball. Our session is a chance for anyone to jump in a chair and have a go plus there’ll be a demonstration game by our Roller Hawks.
