Celebrate early literacy and reading for children at our annual Reading Day!

What you’ll do:

Join us for stories, craft, games and overall fun!

Meet Bangu the Flying Fox and the team from Paint Shellharbour REaD.

Meet other special guests including Billy the Backpack and Bright Spark.

Remember to wear red, to celebrate our Paint Shellharbour REaD initiative.

Who should attend:

This event is aimed at 0-5 year olds and their parents/caregivers.

What should I know:

This event is held at Warilla Grove Shopping Centre (next to Green Valley Spices).

Free event, no need to book.

Paint Shellharbour REaD encourages children aged 0-5 to build a love of books and stories. This early literacy program involves reading. talking, singing and rhyming with children form the time they are born.

A special shout out to our Paint Shellharbour REaD partners including Albion Park Rail School as Community Centre, Barnados, Big Fat Smile Transition to School, ECTARC, the Smith Family and Park & Play.
