Event Details

Join us every Saturday for a free, timed 5-kilometre parkrun!

Open to all ages and abilities, parkrun is a great way to get active, enjoy the outdoors and connect with your local community.

Their scenic, very flat two-lap course follows a fully sealed cycle path, offering beautiful views of Lake Illawarra along the way.

Whether you’re chasing a personal best, enjoying a relaxed walk or spending time with friends and family, there’s no better way to start your Saturday.

Dogs are welcome, with one dog per participant on a short, handheld, non-extendable lead.

If you’re joining for the first time, please arrive early for the first-timers briefing. Remember to register with parkrun and bring your barcode to receive your time.

Bring your friends, family and camera, and enjoy the friendly atmosphere that makes parkrun special. Whether you’re taking part, volunteering or cheering others on, everyone has a place in our community.
